Hello, my name is Janine Orri (Hoffman Reyes)LMFT. I am a licensed psychotherapist and former hospice grief counselor. I am founder of The Way Through - Grief and Loss Services, in northern California.

The Way Through offers a multi-dimensional approach to clients facing grief and loss life situations. If you or someone you know is having difficulty with a divorce, separation, death or dying of loved one, or loss of life situation we can help you find The Way Through.

 Services are all done via telehealth platforms with either video or phone sessions. Services include crisis intervention, biopsychosocial assessment, grief counseling, individual and couples psychotherapy, EMDR treatment, community referrals, PTSD treatment and support groups. We also work with loss through drug and alcohol addiction and recovery, providing support and community resources.

After your initial contact, by calling, texting, emailing or filling out the online contact information on this site, we will take an assessment to see what services will best fit your needs. We understand that your timing may be crucial, so we will usually be able to see you within the week. If for some reason, it feels like we won’t be able to assist you in the best way possible, we can refer you to another community agency as appropriate.
